I have been an apartment manager for over 13 years and I have used Wayne's Chem Dry here in Abilene for 12 of them. I have found that I far prefer their results over anything else I have used in the past. You cannot get pet urine out of carpet with just a clean! The process Wayne's Chem Dry uses is the best Pet Urine Remove Treatment I have found. This process has saved me a lot of cost in carpet replacement.
